Expo Park LLC

I've lived here for almost 3 years now and it's a wonderful place to live. Garage parking, swimming pool, laundry facilities, great neighbors, and great staff. I've rarely needed repairs but when I do the maintenance guy (He's really nice) is here usually the same day. Josh is the guy you want to talk to if you want to take a tour. He is a wonderful guy and is very good at what he does. He's one of the reasons I chose this place. The prices are great and the location is amazing.

Loved Gibson Co enough to move BACK after having left so I've been in two separate spaces over the course of 5 years and my experiences have been nothing but positive. Super fast maintenance, it's always easy to get ahold of someone in the office and the property management team is a dream. Great, great space. Easy access to DART. Love it here. Cannot recommend enough.

11 years at two separate buildings and it's been like home. The community here is a lot like family. Josh, Gene, and the rest of the team have always been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Honestly, I can't imagine a better place to be... besides the beach. Basically, if you can't live at the beach, live here.

The manager burglarized my friends apartment and she has it on video!!!!! Legal action is being pursued. TRASH!!!!!!
