I have lived at Mason+Mill several months and for the past 2 months I have been dealing with gnats and fruit flies in abundance. They cannot find the source and these things lay eggs every 36 hours. I asked for a transfer to another apartment as this issue is on this side of the building. They want me to pay a $500 transfer fee. This is unsanitary and I should not have to pay. So I'm supposed to deal with it? I dont think this is fair or just.

This Company and the complexes have the same unprofessional work Ethics. They refuse to fix any issues and the Receptionist just lies everytime you call stating "The regional manager,he will call you today. They lie and refuse to speak with Residents and resolve issues. It is unexceptable that issues aren't resolved and residents are being mistreated and suffering with horrible living conditions

I moved into the recently built Towns of Calcutta Townhomes in Stockbridge in October 2023, thinking that since it was a completely gated property it offered security from outsiders. This has turned out to be a hoax. Here we are in mid-March 2024 and the gates are still open and we have not received our access cards to get in the entrance gate. When you ask local management about when the gates are going to be closed, when we are going to get the security that we were promised and are paying for, they don't have an answer or don't care to find out. All types of people have been coming onto the property which makes this place feel very unsafe. I have had to run from strange people in a white van on three occasions while walking my dog. I moved here to feel safe not to live in fear. They only have one maintenance man for such a large place, so it takes forever for any repairs to get done. The door knobs on the doors are cheaply made and keep coming apart, instead of upgrading them they just keep putting them back together only for them to back apart in a matter of a few days. I have a stain on my ceiling from a leak that the roofing people came out to look at, it has been over a month now, and still no resolution. When I ask what is going to be done about it, no one knows anything. Hopefully, I won't end up with a severe case of mold and mildew before it is resolved. My shower door keeps coming open and will not stay closed while taking a shower. Instead of resolving the issue they only placed a band-aid on the problem only for it to become an issue again not even a month later. I moved to the Towns of Calcutta because it was new construction and the lies that were advertised written and verbally about having great management, and complete security. If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. I am in no way getting what I was promised or am paying for. Management is a joke, they know absolutely nothing and do not care to be bothered.

If I could do less than 1 star I would!!! DO NOT LEASE ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!! If you enjoy OVER paying and under delivering let me give you my venmo and I will give you a fluffy blanket and go down and reserve you a spot under the Walnut Hill/75 bridge!! I have lived in Preston Hollow Village apartments for almost 6 years and I CAN NOT wait to move out of here! Apartments used to be beautifully maintained and office staff used to care about the residents but ever since Lincoln Property stopped managing, it has gone down hill at 90 miles per hour! First these apartments are not cheap so you would think that things would be operational around here NOPE! Elevators been out (reoccurring issue!) for 3 days ZERO communication on when/if it will be operational again. Office staff is less than pleasant but hey I am not looking for a buddy but one would hope they could at least be helpful, can they at least answer emails or calls? Is that really to much to ask? They will be really nice showing you the property but after you have signed GOOD LUCK! After you pay rent and a ton of fees, then they charge you to park. If you ask for touch up paint to keep your apartment looking nice they look at you like you have three heads. You ask about the "luxury vinyl flooring" that is popping up everywhere and they say...Oh that can't be fixed until you move out... The only bright spot about living here is the cleaning crew and maintenance guys literally could not be any nicer! WILLOW BRIDGE DO BETTER THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I am writing to express my dismay and disappointment regarding the imposition of a two-month lease breakage fee on my account following my notice to vacate Railway Plaza Apartments - 507 Railway Dr , Naperville, IL 60563 ( Previously Lincoln Properties now going by Willow Bridge Property Company) . It has come to my attention that this fee has been levied despite the fact that the primary reason for my decision to move out is the unresolved zero water pressure issue, which has persisted despite repeated requests for maintenance.Despite multiple requests for maintenance assistance, the problem remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort to me and other residents. I have raised this issue with the maintenance team numerous times, hoping for a prompt and effective resolution. However, despite assurances and supposed efforts, the problem persists unabated. It is distressing to note that despite your responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the property, such a fundamental issue as water supply remains unresolved for an extended period. Moreover, when I inquired about a permanent solution to this recurring problem, I was appalled to receive the response that I should arrange for a plumber at my own expense to rectify the issue. This suggestion is entirely unacceptable and unfair. As a tenant, I should not be burdened with the responsibility and cost of fixing structural issues that fall under the purview of the property management. The circumstances surrounding my decision to vacate Railway Plaza Apartments in 2017, specifically the persistent zero water pressure issue that occurred between March and August of that year. It has recently come to my attention that a two-month lease breakage fee was imposed on my account following my departure. During my tenancy at Railway Plaza Apartments in 2017, I encountered significant challenges due to the ongoing zero water pressure issue in my apartment. Despite multiple requests for maintenance assistance, the problem remained unresolved for an extended period, making it increasingly difficult for me to continue residing in the apartment. In light of the untenable living conditions caused by the water pressure issue, I made the difficult decision to terminate my lease early. It was my understanding at the time that this decision was justified given the failure of the management to provide a habitable living environment as stipulated in the lease agreement. Considering the extenuating circumstances surrounding my departure, I respectfully request that you reconsider the imposition of the lease breakage fee. The decision to move out was not taken lightly and was made in response to a fundamental breach of the lease agreement on the part of the management. These unjust fees are now adversely affecting my credit score. They appear as outstanding debts or unpaid balances on my credit report, which in turn negatively impacts my creditworthiness. As a result, my ability to secure favorable terms for future credit or financial transactions is compromised. Understanding the impact of these fees on my credit score is essential for me to effectively navigate and mitigate the consequences. I am eager to address this matter promptly to safeguard my financial standing and request your support and guidance in this regard. Thank you for your attention to this urgent explanation. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
