They are very predatory with their screening. I am 25 and make decent I provided my income verification more than 3x. I was constantly asked by the leasing professional what I did for work even after they told me my screening was approved with conditions. 3 days later I get a call from the Property Manager asking me more questions about my income. She stated my bank and my check stubs didnt match. I informed her chime is Bancorp and she continued questioning me like a drill sergeant until she finally asked why have I applied to more than 1 property. She then said I will not move forward. I work overnight and have came to this place multiple times to find a home. I have to move quick because Im new here but to feel like I was questioned and continually profiled is above me. I love this property but I will never consider it again. By the way I was approved by another property same day and I had them on hold waiting for these people. Also by the way if you dont have a Good application the move in specialty dont apply to you they are for the 700 club and up. Ill happily take my business to where I was approved same day. Good day!

This is by far the best building I have ever lived in especially night and day from other buildings in Dallas. The staff and management continue to exceed expectations and keeping residence. Safe in the building nice and clean which makes for a great environment. I love living here the only building That Ive enjoyed living in aside from the building I lived in well residing in Manhattan . The front desk security is very similar in their procedures to that of New York City, which is essential for safety. For that, I am grateful. If You are on the fence about choosing this apartment here is your deciding factor just do it!

I very recently moved here from the north east. So I can only review my application experience and initial thoughts. This was my first apartment out of college and the process was seamless. The leasing agent was very patient and answered all my questions no matter how redundant they may be. The building is beautiful. The amenities-- pool, gym, and common areas are what set it apart for me. The view is something else and every resident I have interacted with has been friendly and welcoming. The photos online are true to the unit and building which I cannot say about other properties I toured. The leasing agent I worked with went above in getting my lease started with a short turn around time.
