        I am a professional artist living in the Bishop Arts District. I asked Tom for a quote for 5 paintings for a show I’m going to have. I thought it would be a good idea to support a local business. Tom was rude, dismissive and pretentious. During these trying times it would be nice if he was kind and appreciative. I asked if I could go by the shop and look at the frames and he said he would be busy, maybe I should wait until I get closer to the show. His store hours say he is open till 6pm. I just read a review from 4 years ago where Tom responded he needed to change his hours on Google to appointment only......he hasn’t changed it yet.
