Dana is legit MAGIC. I have been in PT on and off for the same problem for 15 years. No one has ever helped me as much as she has.. Shes unreal. Tracy at the desk is also very nice!

Holy cow Dana is a life changer. I thought I'd never be able to run long distances and she helped me with that injury and many more over the many years I've seen her. She's one of the few in Dallas that does a great job with dry needling and it changed my life. Love!

Wow!  Alison Palic, founder of Synergy PT, is amazing!  I have lived with daily hip/SI pain following a car accident nearly 15 years ago.  Over the years I have tried PT, prolotherapy, chiropractic and acupuncture with various practitioners and with mild results.  With only a couple of appointments with Alison, I am already seeing some relief... which I attribute to her combo approach of standard PT, Pilates and manual therapy.  Every step of the way, Alison explains the reasoning and goals behind each exercise or adjustment.  She utilizes skeletal models and anatomy books to further my understanding.  She also takes pictures of me doing the exercises so I remember the correct posture/position.    I can really tell that Alison's goal is for me to be out of pain and be stronger than ever.  If you want a health practitioner who will make you feel like she is a partner in your health and really listens to you and makes time for you, GO SEE ALISON!!
