These guys are like dealing with a kindergarten class! I'd give them zero stars if it was available. Request another specialty pharmacy from your drug company. Terrible customer service! The worst!

Senderra pharmacy called to let me know I was out of network for 2024. I have been receiving this medication since last year. Being that this is a specialty medication you need prior authorization in order to use this prescription. My doctor was getting the prior authorization. Senderra, you just lost out on $7500 a month. The customer service is poor and the reps have a not so friendly attitude. I will never come back to this pharmacy again. United Healthcare was paying for my prescription and the lie that Senderra Pharmacy told me is okay. I will be visiting with my Rheumatologist on 1/11/24 and I will be getting a new prescription with a different specialty pharmacy.

The absolute WORST specialty pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. No online support options. No auto refills. You have to call in every month to have your refill sent to you and you can never get a hold of anyone to speak to and have to play phone tag waiting for a call back. No reason patients should have to jump through these many hoops to receive their medications in 2022 with so much technology at our disposal. Unacceptable!
