Ive been going to this CVS for many years. I can honestly say that Ive had a few encounters with poor customer service, but I surely dont mind letting them know, by speaking to a manager. As customer service is huge for me. But, for the most part, the reason why Ive given this a five is that Im generally satisfied with the service overall. My prescriptions have not been processed or theyve received when they say that they havent and I have to ask them to check and recheck before, but its human error and Im not that annal about things as such. The manager of the store I really like her. Shes a slender Caucasian lady. Very helpful, nice, and kind. Ive seen her at the CVS off Lancaster Road. She said, they temporarily sent her over for organization. She needs to stay over to that location not permanently to retrain or fire those ladies. Those ladies at the front are rude and dont have any respect for the elderly. Im not elderly Ive witnessed the rude behavior. I told the young lady her behavior isnt necessary. This review is not about that store, I thought I highlight my experience there. Overall, the pharmacist and the cashiers are really helpful at the WHEATLAND CVS. I love it.
