        Be it drive-thru or in person, the pharmacy staff are unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. They dont order or request refills correctly nor connect with the patient or their doc. My docs office said theyve tried to connect via call or fax but no response. Ive called 6x so far over 4 days and no feedback yet. Im changing pharmacies as soon as I can.

        Pharmacy staff are slow and unhelpful. I get my scripts filled here because its close to my house and the CVS app is convenient. But I hate supporting this business. The hours are also terrible. They dont open till 10 so I am unable to pick up scripts on my way to work in the mornings.

        The people working in pharmacy at this location are so rude. I wanted to try them out since they are close by. They are not helpful at all. Ive called twice and both times were very unpleasant. They are very unprofessional. I have moved my prescription to another pharmacy. Very disappointed!!
