I spoke with Natalie today in reference to over 20 prescription refills. They were listed in the app and I couldnt personally refill them myself, Natalie had the patience and took out the time to assist me with each and every prescription. She also reset the app so I could refill my prescription myself in the future. Natalie exercised good customer service skills, patience, and professionalism. This was a perfect call and all my concerns were addressed and fixed! Thank you so much Natalie!

I so badly wanted to love Capsule, but unfortunately it's more of a headache than it's worth. Their pricing for my son's medicine was over $200 more expensive than CVS, and they do not take otherwise widely accepted coupons such as GoodRX. The one delivery I did use them for, there were hardly any delivery times available and the delivery driver was extremely unprofessional when I did get my medication the next day. They caused a 5 day delay in us getting medicine that we urgently needed for our child. They also do not have weekend hours and the help chat takes an extraordinarily long time to get a response. Do not recommend them under any circumstance.
