They deleted my review about reporting the pharmacy techs to the State Board. It still won't stop me from reporting Walgreens Monfort and Beltline Pharmacy to the licensing Board.

Over the last 3 years, Ive been given the wrong dosage once and have seen a great decline in availability and customer service. Now, each monthly refill requires a phone call follow up, and Im not sure why. Sometimes its because theyre out of stock for over 2 weeks, and sometimes theres just no reason. Id try another location first before this one.

Either this location is extremely understaffed or something is incredibly wrong. For the past couple weeks I have needed to get various prescriptions and every time I go, the line moves very slow. Each customer takes 20 minutes to be helped. I have also had the struggle of getting things filled in a timely matter. A medication I absolutely needed took multiple days to get filled and it was just 1 single pill. The amount of hours I have spent on the phone and waiting at the pharmacy is crazy. On top of this the staff dont seem to know what is going on. I had a lady tell me she has no idea what to do when I needed help with a seemingly common situation.

Every prescription takes phone calls and at least two visits to finally pick it up. Terribly inconvenient, especially when I have two young children.

LITERALLY THE WROST PHARMACY EVER. They are understaffed, rude, and SLOW! If you ever go through the drive through or walk in plan to wait at least 30 minutes. I just spent 40 minutes on hold calling in, finally someone answered to immediately ask if they could put me back on hold. Then after waiting another 10 minutes the call disconnected. This pharmacy is BEYOND FRUSTRAING and they really need to get it together. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
