Ive been here a couple times and every time I go the owners and staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have 4 dogs and we always order their birthday cakes from here and they always love them

Had a horrible customer service experience here. First of all, when my my wife and I went into the store on a Saturday afternoon, there was NO one in the store. After about 4 minutes of perusing, an employee came in and did not greet us - they just walked straight through to the back room. Once my wife had made her selection and was ready to check out, the employee told her the total was 8-something. When my wife attempted to look at the screen to see the exact amount, the employee turned the screen away from her view. How rude is that? Horrible customer service and so-so selection of pet items. We will NEVER return to this store. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible.

Lovely staff, so friendly and very knowledgeable about different pet diets and ailments. Spent time talking with me about possible solutions for my cats digestive issues. Such cute accessories too!
