Most horrible experience ever Im still waiting on the actual lawyer to talk to just been talking to nun but account managers they never answer they never keep you updated I wish there was a way to sue them for waiting ppl time

Worst experience ever, first they're super unorganized they had someone else's case under my name and address and then they kept getting me mixed up with the person I got into the wreck last year and they're still unaware of what is happening, I wouldn't wish this treatment on my worst enemy, Stacey Gant thank you the lies I learned alot about your firm...

They start off good by setting up appointments and making sure your car is going to get fix. After that, you will not hear from them. You call and no one answer their phone. No matter what you do,it's hard to get in touch with someone and no one will call you back. They have me thinking I've been scammed.
