I came for an injury at home referred by urgent care. I spent more time filling out paper work than I did looking at anyone at all. They told me the same thing urgent care did and sent me on my way with a follow up in two weeks. Literally a waste of my time Im so disappointed.

Dr. Toulson did my hip replacement, my dads knee, and 2 more hips for my mom. He is an amazing surgeon, but that office and staff is the worst. Im still waiting for a call back after the doctor himself called me and said I would get one yesterday. If you just care about quality of surgery and dont care about anything else they do have some great surgeons. Other than that, I have had prescriptions not called in when I was in serious pain, documents incorrectly or not sent at all to my employer and insurance, and appointments that take 3 - 4 hours longer than the appointment time just to get 5 mins of face time with a doctor. The staff is not empathetic or understanding at all. When I switched insurance they basically just told me to get bent. They give half hearted apologies and the only person who attempted to make it right was the surgeon himself. I normally never write reviews, but before you go here I want the next person to be prepared.

I was referred to Dr. Hohman, my referring doctor felt my 6 week (non injured) ongoing worsening elbow pain needed a orthopedic specialist. A few minutes after my elbow X-ray Dr. Hohman came in, he didn't bring in the X-ray film to show me anything, he talked more about his experience with another patient with elbow pain, he saw during his internship, than my elbow pain. He spent less than 5 minutes with me, told me to get out my phone and make a note to search for a flex bar on Amazon. I paid a 90.00 copay and walked away with nothing resolved. I felt dismissed by him. I will not tell anyone else to see him. He needs to be more aware of his bedside manner and listen to his patients. I came to my appointment to talk about my issue not hear about his internship and residency. He needs to get over himself.

We had to drive from Kingston Okla to find out about an infection. If it was in the bone or in the replacement knee parts. Our doctor in Ardmore sent us to this specialist, Dr. Cyrus Abashiani. They took a sample of stuff from his knee bone. Said doc would call in 5 days after results were back, In a telemed call around 6 pm on that day. 9 days later I called and was told doc was too busy to call back nor had test been run. Make appt for another aspiration of the knee. We did, went and went through the extremely painful procedure. Was told doc would call us in 5 days at 1:30 pm. It's been 3 weeks and no one has called us back. They should be closed down.
