The Dallas location needs signage and an explanation in their appointment materials on how to find their office. The office was in an unmarked office, which made it very difficult to find. I was shopping different aligner options for my daughter. My dentist quoted us around $5000 for Invisalign, so I thought it would be worthwhile to check out other options. The smile store advertises 2995 for their candid set. The concerning thing about my appointment to me was that there was no dentist or orthodontist present. We were the only people in the office at our appointment time, and it felt as if the employee was reciting a very well practiced sales pitch. If youve ever had someone come to your house to try to sell you windows, cabinets, or anything of the sort you know what I mean. I got an email saying that an orthodontist would give me a report within 7 to 10 days, but you cannot see that report until you pay the $3000 or begin a financing option. I was not comfortable with this pay upfront scenario before a licensed dentist or orthodontist has prescribed a treatment. The people in the office were very nice, but they were sales people, not trained dental experts. The whole experience made me feel a little bit uneasy.

My experience with my Candid consultation was amazing! Big shoutout to Leo who is an absolute gem of a human being! He took care of me from start to finish, and he made the process and overall experience absolutely seamless. He was so knowledgeable and detailed in explaining how it all works! You can tell that he really enjoys what he does and believes in the technology of what this product does as well. This was the best dental experience Ive ever had, and Im so excited to go through with my candid aligners!

They are so nice and I enjoyed the entire experience. I will definitely be sharing this with friends and family because the prices and care are very genuine.
