        WARNING: This company is a scam. The "Deed" that was sent contains provisions where they would receive EVERYTHING we owned in the entire county, not just the property or legal description that was described on the Deed. Someone needs to report this company for malicious activity. On another note, it appears the only positive reviews this company has were given by the owner of the company. Do yourself a favor and keep away from this company.
