Thanks to new manager Colten, this is my go-to shop for nearly every issue concerning my 13-year old vehicle. Colten is honest, dependable, and conscientious and always provides excellent customer service at a fair price. I have followed him to three different stores in the Metroplex, because he makes sure his mechanics do great work and treat customers right. I recently had two small leaks (oil and coolant), which required more repair time and parts than Colten originally estimated. He stuck to his original estimate and tested the car multiple times (and overnight) to ensure it was repaired properly. A trustworthy and affordable auto shop provides great peace of mind! Thank you!

I went in for an oil change and only an oil change. After two hours of waiting (I was one of the first people here after opening so I didn't have to wait on other cars) they called me out to tell me I needed new spark plugs, a new ignition coil, transmission service and coolant service. They literally took the spark plugs out to show me. While I appreciate being told what I can fix I didn't appreciate them taking my car apart when I only wanted an oil change and nothing else. I asked them if I could wait a few more days to handle the suggested repairs and they said yes of course. They very quickly put my car back together and when I went out to my car the hood wasn't even closed all the way and they didn't reset my oil life status, so l had to figure it out myself. Within ten minutes of me driving away my check engine light started flashing and my car started lurching. My car was working great when I pulled in and it just seems really fishy to me that it stopped working as soon as I drove away after they took things out that they weren't supposed to. Because of this I was unable to drive to Houston for a wedding later that day and had to buy a very expensive plane ticket 3 hours before departure. I'm an extremely forgiving person, but this really ruined my day and now I still have to go get my car fixed elsewhere. I will say that the staff was super friendly though. I just wouldve appreciated an update sooner than nearly 2 hours when I only expected an oil change to take 20 minutes max.

This place is the best place you can ever go to for a quick oil change and top notch service. Very good prices with great customer service. I left happy thanks to Carlos and Colton . They took care of me as soon as I walked in all the way till the end . I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a trustworthy spot and clean work.
