If you're an American Indian & can prove it with a CDIB card, UITCT is a absolute boon for you, especially if you're uninsured & too young for Medicare. Dallas is quite fortunate to have it, & people come from all over Texas to seek medical & dental care there.

Posting as an employee and a patient. Our CEO, COO, & CFO are on a first-name basis with all employees. They're all open-minded, approachable, and go above and beyond for all of us. Omer is constantly looking for ways to improve employee benefits, which is already the best I've ever seen!! They work so hard to ensure that the employees are taken care of and that the patients receive the best possible care in a safe environment. At Texas Native Health, you get out what you put in!! If you're an honest, hard worker with a positive attitude, you will excel! Every position here is equally important and treated as so. I love that we all work so well together now, with our patients' best interests in mind! All departments are so passionate about their careers and unify with our mission. I consider my co-workers as my family and look forward to coming to work with them every day! Being a part of this amazing team has been the biggest blessing! Our work/life balance is not only incredible but respected and encouraged. I've never been so happy at work and stive to make sure that others feel the same way I do.
