Detailed Information: Office Location: Methodist Hospital Dallas, centrally located near I-35 & I-30, easy to find (hey, use Google Maps!), safe parking garage, wheelchair access, even a Walgreens pharmacy nearby. Office Staff: They actually really, really care. They return phone calls and messages very promptly. I often use their secure portal system to leave detailed messages and they consistently take great care of me, including getting refills. ROCK. STARS. (This is so rare, am I right?) The Doctor: (Saved the best for last!) Dr Gandhi is, without a doubt, absolutely brilliant. She is focused on me and giving me the absolute best care possible. She is a problem-solver to the core and I think that is one of the best traits to have in a doctor. On top of all that, she is wonderful; she has the kindest demeanor (bordering on shy!) and the very sweetest bedside manner. She is simply put, a nice person. She always answers my barrage of post-exam questions and makes time for me. She explains complicated processes in vivid detail so it is easy to understand. I went to see her with a myriad of neuro issues several months ago. After running several tests (all covered by insurance!), she diagnosed my issues and I began working on what I needed to do to get better. I was elated and now I am so much healthier and happier!
