Baylor Scott & White Neurology - Dallas

I only have good things to say about Dr Priyanka Chaudhry she took the time to listen to what I had to say and she was able to solve most of my severe headaches which I was dealing with for over a year till that point. Would recommend seeing her if you haven't already.

I absolutely love Dr. Yari! Im only rating this 3 stars due to my experience with the front desk staff. When i walked in i was not greeted. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes while the staff had their backs turned talking to one another. They definitely saw me standing there but still no one greeted me. Finally they told me to step to the other window to check in and even then it was not a friendly greeting and very dry. My recommendation is that the staff be reminded to immediately greet guest as they enter the door and if they are busy to let the patient know they will be with them in a moment :)

Dr Patel took great care and attention with my mom and took at scary process and made finding a diagnosis so much easier. She went above and beyond on getting additional tests scheduled so we could start a treatment plan sooner. She also made all of us feel comfortable when asking questions - she is a hidden gem in the Dallas medical community!!
