image The owner and two gentlemen arrived at the stated time, reviewed the house and then proceeded to wrap each object and move them to the truck. All three were most courteous, efficient and consistent throughout the move. All around, very pleased with everything from the initial call, keeping in touch right to the last item. Price as agreed with two additional add-ons. Could not be happier. Great long distance movers!

image Worked with Stonebriar Moving Services for my last two moves, and I plan on working with them for all future moves. They're great about checking in before the move, always on time for pick-up, and super smooth and efficient for the actual move. They will disassemble and reassemble large furniture, and take extra care with fragile items. Highly recommend their moving and storage service.

image This is a review for a move from Massachusetts to Texas that Stonebriar Moving Services recently did for me. The movers are very well trained, fast and reliable. I also had a driver from this company who drove me and my mom from Mass. to Dallas, he was very nice and professional with excellent driving skills. I would definitely recommend this interstate movers company.

image Do not use these people they are literally the worst. Sent two ppl instead of 3 as requested yelled at me. The two people were convicts and were victims like us. Damaged my belongings,, called me after this review asking for evidence and asked for proof, I sent them proof and the were disappointed I was able to and ghosted and ignored me. No integrity, lied and cheated me, slippery sales people. I would pay double the expensive price I paid to not have to use these company ever again. Go use them at your own risk and see what happens, best of luck. Will do or say anything to gas light and slither out of responsibility and accountability, owner claimed that he had to work that day even, boo hoo! You have to do your job and work omg! The. Dont accept my job next time if you cant do it! Im not even mentioning the worst part.

image The movers dropped my black glass dining table, causing it to shatter. Still wanting to pay, I ran to the ATM and the wife of the owner called me to say that I left! Then I return and the movers were told to drop the remaining items and leave. So we went round and round to identify why they would do this. We then tried to call the owner at *972 number several times but now she didnt answer. They then state that we dont have to pay for the move which was about 1500 and then wanted me to provide my receipt, which I couldnt find at the time, to file a claim.
For starters, they lack customer service! 2ndly, they did not know who the customer was or what social and network that I am attached to. 3rd, they never even called back after to check on the move, apologize and genuinely offer any concessions or get a timeline for me to submit the receipt of a claim. Overall, this lack true customer service and a genuine care and concern for anyone seeking your services.
When the employees realized who we were, they felt even more horrible but we still offered them drinks and chatted with them and tipped them.
I would not be referring anyone to this business. Imagine, moving from a high rise condo to a 4500 sq. Foot home, only the arrive on day one without a dining table and you are about to host a dinner and welcome reception for NFL drafts agents and u have no dining table and the moving company didnt care!
Priceless.
The owners told the movers not to finish unloading the truck! I had to pay the movers extra money just to finish unloading my furniture! The absolute worst moving experience!

We are so sorry the movers dropped your table. It was an accident, the movers missed a step and dropped it. However, we did offer for you to send in a reciept so that we could file a claim under our insurance...you stated you didnt have it and would need to look for it. Your move equaled almost $2000 which was the equivalent to what "you" stated the value of your table was. You were compensated for the damage immediately by not paying for the move, again, we're sorry this happened but our company did the right thing by you.
