Another bad review is par for the course for this place. Don’t bother using their services. I ordered two boxes for a renovation. They only delivered one. When I Attempted to call to Get that corrected I could not reach anyone. The next time They contract me was with A late notice saying I was late on my Payment which I had never received an invoice. I told them I was happy to pay but to please come pick up the unit. That was April. It’s now July and the unit Is still there and they are sending me more invoices telling me to pay fir the Last several Months of the. Unit being there. Now I’m being fined 950.00 plus 50.00 per day because their unit Is Still there and Meanwhile No One will Return my emails or Answer my Calls. I will be taking them To small Claims court should they try to collect from me and will be asking for them to pay the HOA fine.

Not transparent on pricing. Didn't return a call about discrepancies. All around not satisfied with delivery charges, after storing with them for 8 months...

Person who answered the phone to pick up box was nice. My husband ordered the box and said it would just be here 2 months...not 2 years. We have basically bought and paid for 3 boxes in that time. They need to have an option to buy after you have paid so many months....10 or 12 months seems more than fair. The person I called to check on doing that was anything but polite.

I am a new customer and the Customer service has been awful! I never received an email confirmation, nor a call to confirm delivery date. I have had to call them every step of the way. My box is due today and they are a no show during the time I called to confirm. I call the office and am told a new time frame. Who has time to wait around during a move? Now I am told the driver will call before he delivers. Although I will say they never forgot to charge my card for payment as that was done ASAP!
