We worked with D&H lending for our investment property and they gave us one of the best rates in the current market. Jessica was extremely professional and knowledgeable and our overall experience was seamless from start to finish! She kept us informed at every step of the process and they were complete at their end well in advance before closing! I would highly recommend D&H to anyone who wants to experience a stress free and seamless loan process!

Jessica Cruciger helped my husband and I with our home loan. She made everything so easy and answered all of our questions. Since we got pre-approved with her, we were able to work with her during the entire home buying process. Everyone else we worked with at D&H Lending was great too! I'd recommend this company and Jessica to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not trust this company with such a big decision in your life! We were promised a 30 day close and 24 hours before closing, after having received pre-approval, preliminary closing documents and multiple promises we were told that it wasnt going to happen unless we increased our down payment (already at 25%)! We were told that our specific underwriter was very picky! We had to restart our process with a different lender and closed in 12 days! Thats not all! After we pulled our application they called back and said just kidding they had given our file to a different underwriter and we were good to go now! How can an individual within a company have the ability to approve or disapprove based on personal bias! Do they not follow the same policies and procedures? They hounded us for 72 hours with phone calls, texts and emails saying that they could guarantee our close ( something they couldnt do in the first 30 days). The lending officer actually called the sellers agent and told them that they cleared us to close and that we pulled our application! UNETHICAL!!! Also, we payed up front for our appraisal and when our new agent called them to share that information, they refused, quoting some loopholewe had to pay for another one! They also refused to refund our $400 rate lock fee saying that since we withdrew our application, it was forfeited! Theres more! My husband made the mistake of telling them that the new lender was giving us a better deal and they revised their contract to match it, trying to get us to stay on with them. My husband actually talked with some sort of supervisor at the company and said he was very nasty once he realized we were terminating. Save yourself time, money and heartacheDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
