It was an absolute pleasure working with Jon to close on our first home this month. When we first met Jon we were in a jam with our HOA and had a closing date quickly approaching. Ill start off by saying I own few rental properties across different states. My loan is not the easiest to underwrite due to the complexity of owning different businesses. Ive worked with many lenders in the past, and Jon is the best by far. He is very experienced and shows great respect of my time. During my most recent purchase, we ran into unexpected issue with HOA. Jon provided the resolution options and worked with HOA to address the issues without much effort from me. I really enjoy working with Jon. This is my second loan with him, and will not be the last.
