I was referred to Justin by my realtor. When I spoke to him for the first time and he explained the entire home buying process clearly and concisely. If I had questions he would answer about 99% of them and if he didn't know what to answer he would let me know that he will find the answer by ends day or following. His professionalism and respect towards the entire process was rather smooth, even though there were hiccups on my end which caused stressed and closing deadlines almost not met due to financial institutions.. Justin kept us calm and always told me we would be able to close on time and he truly made it happen, a man of his words. We just closed on our new home and used Justin and CMG as our lender. We have been building for over a year and Justin has been with us every step of the way. He was able to provide the best rate and service with 100% transparency (and yes, we shopped around). I would absolutely recommend Justin and his team and we would hands down use him again. Justin handled my whole home loan process with a grace and calm not normally found in the home buying experience. He has this magic spreadsheet you can plug numbers into and play around with various purchase prices, APRs, rate buy downs, insurance costs, HOAs, and all manner of other things. It is so helpful! You end up with a clear picture of what your cash to close and monthly payments will end up being. Game changer. He is present and available via text throughout the whole process which is amazing, try texting with Chase bank lol
