PNC Mortgage

ATMS never work. Today the Atm took my deposit, spat out some of it, said to contact institution. I check my account and the money it did take was not in the account. Beware.

Worst place to bank with. I had to come three time just to cash a check. This is the only bank that charges 2 % to cash a check. pnc even doesn't worth a one star.

It was 9:40 a.m on March 28th 2023. This lady teller was at the counter. She said can I help you as she's on her phone. HMMMMM, when are tellers allowed to have their phone at the counter when you are dealing with peoples personal data. He was texting and told me to hold on. I said, "Excuse me." She said ", oh I'm just texting my friend. Give me a minute." She said it like as if it was, by the way. I said, "Excused in the context like are you serious. Then, she got the late memo and waved her hand in an unprofessional manner to help me. I just left. Just a typical lazy employee who is on the phone while the company is paying her.

This branch is terrible! I had an appointment with a banker yesterday. He took a walk-in person ahead of me and made me wait. The customer service was awful. I was treated disrespectfully. It seems like a group of high school kids are running that branch. The signs in the bank are all in Spanish, so too bad if you arent fluent in Spanish. They need A LOT of training on customer service. When I said I had to leave because I had another appointment, the man said, If you really do have another appointment, accusing me of lying. ( yes, I did have another appointment). The odd thing is that the bank contacted me to come in related to an issue with the change from BBVA to PNC and then acted like they had no idea why I was there. I do not recommend this branch at all.
