Very pathetic customer service. It's been struggle to get my own escrow payments from month and half. People don't respond and DO NOT care of Customers. I was sent void check and penalty at my bank. NO one listens at Homepoint and still struggling to even get response to email. Would never recommend to anyone!!

I am a person who is represented by the law, But I could not find them because they were irresponsible to take the necessary tax file

These guys are a racket. i got phone call after phone call about my mortgage and said that I was current. I paid them an extra payment which should have been applied toward principle and instead they held onto the money for months and did nothing with it. I requested a refund and it took them 10 days just to cut me a check and mail it to me and I still don't have my money. I have owned 6 different mortgages and they are the WORST company I have ever dealt with.
