Worst customer service I have experienced *anywhere*. I will never be back and I recommend this place to no one.

If I could rate this place a Zero I would. This was the most horrendous disgusting the walls to the silverware were filled with dirt. The water cup had something stuck in it and thats just the start. Milkshake was more like chocolate milk and we let that go. Only one associate waiting on tables (no one was really there so I see why)and we will get to the part of the waiter later. We get half of our order and each one had fries however it looked like the quantity of fries was for one person. The cheese burger meal had 9 fries on the plate. Then the grilled cheese didnt even have melted cheese and had burnt bread. Went to give my grievance about the meal and I was met with arguments and a disgruntled cook that was mad I had items that needed to be adjusted. The waiter then stated he cant listen to what Im stating because he cant come between me and the cook. I cancelled the rest of my order ready to pay and the waiter then went on to state I pretty much wasted their time and that he was told to watch out for my table!! Whhhaatt I was done from there asked for his name which he lied about stating it was Eric but the receipt stated eman then for the horrible quality I received I still paid 67 dollars. I will never eat here again and glad I dont live in an area that doesnt value quality. If this is what local Texas is giving for breakfast they can keep it. Oh and the bathrooms are disgusting I should have known to not sit another minute in this establishment when I see the bathroom.

It was the first time I visited this place, the truth was it was not what I expected, the food was 7/10 service 6/10 cleanliness 7/10 prices when I saw the menu 9/10 but when was it time to pay they raised me about $2.00 each thing, the pretext they told me when paying was that the owner changed the price on the computer and that they couldn't make any move even when I told them that my menu said $5.99 for a children's food and when paying it was $7.99 According to them, they did not realize that they changed prices. I told them that it is 12:30 noon and you open at 7:00 am and you have not realized that they changed the prices. The worst thing is that they told me that the waitress gave me a menu with the prices from before and I told the waitress, she didn't tell me that the prices would be $2 more for each item, that's her mistake, not mine, according to her, the older lady serving reduced my drinks by only taking me $3.99 off a single drink, total was 3 drinks from my children, a drink from my husband and a drink from me, you think it was just my discount, the worst thing was what the older lady told me, she told me the difference is minimal, taking out my accounts as I showed them on the ticket, I took out $12.70 difference in the food plus I need to add difference of the drinks 5 people EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER RETURN I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT!!
