Which Wich

I dont know if its this location in particular thats bad, or if the brand has just gone downhill recently, but I ordered a Caprese sandwich. You would think that for a sandwich whose main protein is cheese that the cheese might be more center stage as it was I literally had to search for it. In the cross section you literally couldnt see any cheese. (Shouldve taken a photo, but oh well) The bread was dry, and they barely put any balsamic on it. If I wasnt so hungry and in such a time crunch I wouldve tossed it out entirely. Disappointing.

Switching the menu items and how you order is awful now. The quality of the food went with it. It was better being able to order on the brown bag rather than a screen with limited options. Sandwiches are smaller too. The employees working didnt seem too thrilled to be there so when you have to get your drink and chips they arent too friendly. My last time to eat Which Wich, sad day.

Sandwich was horrible. Tasted like the meat was burnt. Never want to eat here again. Thinking all the meat would be delicious but it wasn't

Gerry V. did a fantastic job with my sandwich, and made my day by sneaking a free cookie into my meal. Great food, and I loved the personal touch by the employees.
