Every now and then I get some fresh delicious hot chicken, for the most part I can't get my money's worth...sad..old fries, cold old chicken..

I pulled up to see if Williams was open. Sometimes it will say open. However, the workers in building slow around. However, this short lady was walking from her car with a bag in her hand. I knew she was employed there cause she had a shirt on. She had a mean face and kept stating don't talk to me, don't talk to me. I was just going to ask if the building was open yet. Who want someone to fix their food that act like that. Mean, poor customer service. I didn't even say anything to her and that is what she was saying not even know if I was going to say anything. It is the Williams her in Lancaster tx off 20 and Lancaster rd right by feed store. This is just sad. If you don't want your job. Quit it.

I went to this Williams during lunchtime and Im happy that I came here. It had been awhile. My tenders were hot and my fries was fresh! The lady who took my order was pleasant and the wait wasnt bad at allconsidering that the food was actually hot and fresh! Please keep up the good work! I love being able to support the Williams brand.
