My wife and I were at the Convention Center exhibiting for at the Dallas Safari Club Convention and staying at the Omni Hotel connected to the convention facility. Went in and sat at the bar for lunch. I wish I could remember the Asian bartender who waited on us. She was great and made some great drinks. But, I also really wanted to comment on the ramen! I'm from Hawaii and my "benchmark" for all Japanese restaurants is the ramen! It's what I grew up on! Just like cheese enchiladas are always how I test Mexican restaurants. Anyway, I gotta say, I've eaten ramen all over the country and Black Ship had some of the best ramen I could remember. I still talk about it and would go back to Dallas just for the ramen. It was a great meal. Thank you!

This restaurant was a delightful surprise! We hadn't planned on venturing out, but stumbled upon it while exploring near our hotel. The service was exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The diverse food options catered to different preferences. I savored the Ruman Sup, so delicious it satisfied me completely. My friend opted for the Chicken Teriyaki and raved about it. If you're looking for delicious Asian food within walking distance of your hotel, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Weve only been in Dallas for a day and this will probably be the worst place weve gone already. Atmosphere is very lackluster though the facility is nice. Food is beyond subpar. Korean Fried chicken Bao Bun is just nasty. And I wasnt sure if the chicken was cooked. It says fried chicken but it was soggy. The Miso Ginger soup had a very flat muted taste that wasnt pleasurable at all. Complete waste of money and we wont be back. After we finished but didnt finish our food we waited over 30 mins for the bill. And there were flies and gnats making guest appearances at our table over and over. I want my money and time back.
