Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience with Ashley Bernard. She vas very attentive at first, but it seemed she was tired of us after some time, we were under contract a couple times and for our final contract for the house we actually purchased she didn't really seem to care at that point. She didn't attend our closing, she wasn't there for the final walkthrough. We never saw her at any point from the day we chose our home. We had questions and concerns after our purchase but she just stopped replying. We wished things were different, especially with it being our first home.

The best realtors! Very helpful and quick to respond to all questions no matter how crazy. Amber is dependable and knowledgeable. We love our home and the great gift basket!

We purchased our home prior to their brick-and-mortar location. I felt it necessary to do a review because they deserve all the kudos. Amber Dorsey is legit. Her customer service is superb. We could tell that she is passionate about real estate as she shared so much knowledge during our home-buying process. I appreciated the fact that she paid attention to what we wanted (without us coming out and saying it), mainly because we didn't know for sure what we were looking for. She showed an unbelievable amount of patience. She also made the home buying process very simple for us as we were shopping from a different state. She is very dedicated and not just to selling you a home, but to getting you in the home of your dreams. 5 years later, I am still very happy with our home. I call her our family realtor because several friends and family members have taken my recommendation and ended up purchasing with Dorsey DFW Realty Group. I highly recommend the Dorsey team!
