He is friendly and knowledgeable. Hell give you his recommendation for what you need to do to prepare your house for sale or his thoughts on a house that you are considering buying and weve always found his opinion to be spot on. Eric has been our realtor for both buying and selling homes in Dallas, and I highly recommend him.
