image Thank you for your response. I understand your frustration, regarding your implication of damaging or misleading information but I must address some inaccuracies in your statement for the future residents.
Firstly, the truck was parked during working hours, and there have been multiple instances of other commercial vehicles parked without issue pertaining to your rules and regulations even AFTER work hours which is incomparable to us.
Furthermore, your characterization across the board has been EXTREMELY unwelcoming as a NEXT DOOR neighbor and the implication that I am not representing your work accurately is unfounded. As a realtor (engaging with a client or not) representing a business should never act the way that you have been acting towards MULTIPLE people within our small HOA community.
Over the years, everyone in this community has made every effort to be a respectful and considerate neighbor. However, your repeated belittling and coercive comments via email and in person to my family OVER THE YEARS have made it increasingly difficult to maintain a positive relationship at this point.
The situation regarding the trailer and vat of chemicals was resolved promptly once the police intervened, but sadly it should not have escalated to that point. You should never touch another persons personal property period, you had no right and never will on multiple occasions.
I have been patient and understanding throughout this ordeal, but your refusal to address the issue civilly time and time again with my family has been disappointing and very unsettling Sunny.
The fact that you dont know me goes to show how self centered you truly are to others.
Your suggestion that my review is misleading and damaging is ironic, given the misleading and unprofessional manner in which you have handled this situation. And as a seasoned Realtor with over 40 years of experience, I had expected better from you. But, you are genuinely proud of this behavior you put out to your neighbors!
Moving forward, I hope you can find a way to coexist peacefully as a neighbor to others because we are officially putting our house for sale. However, it is clear that there are underlying issues that need to be addressed. I am open to constructive dialogue to resolve these issues amicably. But from past motives I can see you will hide and continue to create mayhem. We wish you well, truly because you obviously are stuck in your ways. Good day.

Rihana, you don’t know me and I don’t know you. I am not nor ever have been your Realtor. Unfortunately, your lessor did not inform you, the lessee, that our community does not allow your trailer and vat of chemicals to park on the community’s property, anywhere. After several warnings over 2 months you decided to block me and our neighbor’s ingress and egress to our driveways for the second time. The police were called at 7 pm because we were unable to leave our home, but due to their workload, did not respond until 3 Am. They informed you that you had to remove your trailer with vat of chemicals from our property. I hope you find an appropriate place to park your commercial vehicle. Your review is misleading, damaging , and not representative of my work as a professional Realtor for over 40 years in Dallas.
