I had a tricky house to sell. As John liked to call it, my house was buyer specific This was my first time selling a house so I had no idea what I was doing. I am also admittedly a difficult person. And, it didnt help that although I was selling, I had a deep emotional attachment to my previous house. John was patient with me and always professional even when I was not. Now, over a month later, I have finally settled into my new home. Im content here. I look back at all the chaos and angst I felt during the sale of my previous home and I am so grateful for Johns expertise and above all patience. John is a young man and I had my doubts in the beginning about his experience. However, he is hungry and clearly an unstoppable force. He managed to get it sold during the worst months for real-estate (Jan/Feb) and interest rates were at an all-time high. He got a good deal for my house that I wasnt entirely expecting and he was firmly in my corner during negotiations.
