Daniel Young has been more than a realtor to us. He is more like a friend who we could trust every step of the way. To give you some context, we live in California and we were looking for a second home in Dallas area, that we and/or our kids may some day live ourselves, but in the near term, rent it out. Daniel was referred by one of our friends, and even from the very first zoom conversation, we could sense that he really wanted the best for us. He tried to understand our circumstances and all our requirements very well. Even as we started looking at some of the open listings, Daniel was very much involved in taking our feedback and coming up with refined listings. Based on his long experience and deep knowledge of the areas, he would guide us to focus on certain areas, avoid certain listings that may appear good, but had certain pitfalls. We would send him some listings from our own searches, and he would willingly engage and never tried to impose. When it came to seeing a property, us being remote, Daniel was our eyes and ears, and did a very thorough review of it. He would send pictures and videos of it for us to review. He is very meticulous about details and about finances. He would send us rental analysis for different options, to help us guage our financial outlook with each property. When we finally decided to put an offer, Daniel really wanted to protect us as a home buyer in not overpaying for the property and worked very hard from the beginning to the end, working with the sellers agent, inspection company and appraisers, to arrive at a reasonable price for the property. He would painstakingly explain each and every detail about the offer and the contract involved. He even worked closely with our lender to help through the loan process, and helped review the closing disclosures. He is reasonably conservative in his approach, which we really appreciate. There were times, when we would want to settle on something out of our impatience, but Daniel would advise us and help us make the right decision. And now we're continuing to work with him as our listing agent for renting out this new home :). All in all, we really loved working with Daniel and without him, we would never have been able to make this dream come true. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Dallas area. Thanks and blessings Daniel!

I have had the pleasure of working with Daniel for several years now. Daniel is so knowledgeable, and he is constantly learning and growing as an agent. My favorite thing about Daniel is his heart. He is such an amazing human, and it shows every time he helps a client buy or sell their home or investment property. Buying and selling real estate can be incredibly stressful if you are working with the wrong person. Daniel knows how to handle just about any situation that could be thrown his way. He makes it look so easy, but most importantly he really cares about his clients. He will always do the right thing and serve his clients in the most professional way. If youre looking for a full package agent, Daniel is your guy!

Highly recommend Daniel! He did a super job for us in narrowing down properties for us to look at. We never would have found the new construction home in Arlington that we eventually purchased without him. We provided him a list of the attributes we were looking in new homes and he quickly narrowed the field down to a manageable number of homes to walk through. He was with us every step of the way but not intrusive. As a new resident to Texas, his knowledge of potential contract "gotchyas" would really beneficial. He was able to negotiate them out of the contract with the seller. He served as a great "go between" between the purchaser and seller on thorny issues. For once, I didn't have to be the "bad guy". Daniel did that for us. I guess the highest praise I could make for a real estate professional is that they made the process stress free and as enjoyable process as possible. Daniel accomplished his mission in providing that support for us.
