Ut Southwestern Urology

After being referred from the ER was turned away for being 20 minutes late. Was checked in, urine sample taken and sonogram performed and then summarily dismissed because we arrived late. The most bizarre lack of patient care Ive ever seen. Its ok for the patient to wait when someone without an appointment walks through ranting and everyone stops to help him. Outrageous!

Terrible lab attendents. Super rude and disrespectful to patients and that is completely dishonorable in my opinion. We were 20 minutes early for one appointment and they skipped us. 15 minutes after our appointment we go up to the front desk and ask why it's taking so long. We were told we were late, however the lady FORGOT TO sign us in... So we drove 3 hours here for no reason. Just stay away from this place. It's a joke.

The lab attendant that was supposed to take my mom's urine culture, told me to do it. It was not busy, which is still no excuse, but when we walked in it was empty and he was sitting on cell phone. I understand being tired and bored, but this is supposed to be one of the best hospitals in the country. This is ridiculous. Patients deserve better.
