We loved our experience with Kathy as first time buyers. She was highly recommended by several friends and family members who raved about her. Were happy to say we had an amazing experience as well! As first time buyers we did as much research as possible about the buying process and home searching but Kathys personal expert knowledge was even more helpful than anything we read about. She really helped us find our dream home and worked tirelessly to find our home before our apartment lease went up. Thankful for a great experience, if we ever need a realtor again it will be her. My family is relocating to the area from central Texas. We were in a position where we needed to move quickly and found Kathys name. We could not have been connected with a better realtor to help us out! We knew very little about the area or really where we specifically wanted to end up. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kathy. We were first time home buyers a little overwhelmed with the process and she walked us through every step and helped us to get the best deal for our first home! Shes punctual, so incredibly knowledgeable, and she makes the home buying process so much fun. I see why experience matters with realtors. I would definitely recommend her.
