As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were pretty nervous. After hearing horror stories from friends and family, we thought we were walking into this wild experience. My wife and I met Matt at a random house he was showing when we were just browsing the market. Matt got our contact info and followed up with us but we weren't interested in anything for quite some time. Matt kept up with us every month or two by email and it was always extremely professional and was never pushy. We decided on building and wanted representation throughout the process because we had never built before. Matt was without a doubt a lifesaver countless times throughout the process (even though our builder was amazing!). He was always going the extra mile for us, stayed in constant communication and would be willing to explain anything that we didn't understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my family or friends. I have no doubt he treats you like family rather than a client.
