Becky, did a great job with the sale of my house. From our very first conversation I could tell that she was going to be great to work with. For starters, when first getting introduced she took over an hour talking to me discussing her background and answered many, many of my questions before I had even verbally agreed to engage her. I was hesitant to work with her because of how many houses she was working on buying and selling but I never once felt like she was too busy for me and I always got the attention I was hoping for. Becky also invested so much of her time (and even some money and some of her furniture) in the sale of my house. That was definitely above-and-beyond. All the effort and time that we both put into preparing the house paid off and I was able to get multiple great offers in-hand. Her counsel during the offer stage and into the inspection stage was greatly appreciated, especially because that counsel was informed by her extensive realtor network and the many buy / sell processes she has been a part of.
