Five Star Ford of Dallas Service & Parts

The service department fixed my issue, but in the process, they off ripped my glove box off from the hinges. They just left the glove box just lying on the floorboard. Had to go back and tell the service advisor about it. They had to order another one, which took weeks to get. The service advisor said she called me, but my caller ID says differently and didn't leave a message. Nice place, lots of vehicles.

Horrible costumer service, had to call several times just to have the guy on the line hang up on me. Couldn't get in touch with anyone to schedule a service.

The internet sales team sent my private email to Radom car site searching for cars I wasnt looking for in retaliation for criticizing their extremely poor service!! Their manager, Hey Thomas, replied to my last review with lies and offered to discuss the matter. Never got that return call Thomas! I guess you found out it can be proven it was done on a Five Star computer!!!! All I can say Thomas is your employees reflect their leadership, ey captain!! Why isnt 0 stars an option?

Great experience with my service advisor (Preston). Dealership is very customer oriented and customer focused. Their shuttle service is excellent and repair quality is just as one would expect it to be....spot on.
