Selling your house can be extremely stressful and confusing. We asked family and friends they used when looking to buy or sell there home and some named all the big realtor names out there but we wanted someone with a personal touch and worry free hassles. We looked into Eakin realtors and was greeted by Bryan Rodriguez. He explained the process and would always be available to answer any questions we may have. Bryan scheduled a professional photographer to take photos of our house and noticed that the first and only home showing came in with multiple offers! Decision time is now a reality but Bryan guided us and proved that patience is key when multiple offers come in. We agreed on an offer and everything went hassle free as he promised. HEY!!!! Before you go house hunting, make sure you contact Bryan to help you with finding your next home purchase. He's helped me and my family so much, always made us feel like we are his only priority. Which is surprising since he is a family man and still finds the time to put my needs first. I would recommend him a thousand times for all your home buying needs. Helps that's he also bought me a very expensive bottle of whiskey as a closing gift....and he's not that bad on the eyes if you know what I mean
