Attention to Detail and Going Above and Beyond! Over the 8 months that I've worked with Rajin he went from being my realtor to a dear friend and someone that I can go to as an expert in the Dallas Real Estate Market. Rajin has a good pulse on where real estate is going in Dallas and his attention to detail when he works with you is impeccable. There were countless times where I could not make it to my new home build site, but Rajin would make it a point to periodically check-up on my home and make sure I was happy. I cannot thank Rajin enough for an amazing building/buying experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rajin Patel, and I must say that my overall experience was highly positive. Rajin deserves a solid 4.5 stars for his exceptional performance in several key areas. I can't give a 4.5 stars via google and the below review explains my rating in more detail. First and foremost, Rajin's customer service was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that my real estate needs were met, and he always made himself available to answer my questions and address any concerns. His responsiveness was impressive, and I never had to wait long for a callback or a reply to my emails. This level of attentiveness truly set him apart. What I particularly appreciated about Rajin was his patience. He took the time to understand my preferences and requirements, and he never rushed me into making decisions. He provided valuable insights without pushing his own agenda, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout our interactions. Rajin's negotiation skills were also top-notch. He skillfully advocated for my interests and secured a deal that exceeded my expectations. It is evident that he is a skilled negotiator, and I felt confident having him represent me in the negotiation process.
