Great help whenever I go from the parts department. If it's not in stock they will have it in by. the next day. Clean lobby and lounge area.

One star for terrible communication and failing to fix my vehicle and charging me $1100. I dropped it off on a Friday first thing with an appointment and had to follow up every day to get an update. On Wednesday they give me the estimate and I agree to the work. They said theyd have it done immediately. The charged me for 3 hours of labor which was $600 and when I asked they said that when its electrical it takes a lot of time to reset. As soon as I got back home, the service immediately light went off. When I took it back, they said that they forgot to reset it and it would only take 15 mins. This contradicts what they said previously about having to reset it and how long it took. Two weeks later the exact light goes on again. I dropped it off and there had been zero communication. They seemed to not be able to help me because my sales rep wasnt there. Looks like this is commission based and not service based. After the first service they asked over 6 times for feedback via text and email. When I finally expressed my frustrations, they stopped communicating with me. Zero follow up.
