How do you recognize a great realtor? They would encourage you to ask questions, and thats what Gearge exactly did. Not only did he answer my questions, but he also added value by giving me advice on best practices. George was very responsive to my phone calls, texts, and emails. He is still communicating with me even after closing and moving into my house. Working with George is an awesome experience.

George Lanier is probably the finest salesman of homes that I've met or could hope to meet. He truly helped us. George was friendly, cordial and very professional. He listened to me as I expressed my desire for a home for my husband & myself. He responded to my concerns regarding the condition of the home, the location, the room sizes, the parking spaces, the back yard and the foundational stability. George was very honest with me regarding the overall suitability for us as 1st time homebuyers. When he found the home that best accommodated what he felt our needs were, he locked in, and made it clear to me that this was the house 'best suitable' overall for our needs and he was right. Abby Halliday lovingly walked us through the rigorous process, and within the space of three months, we met him, viewed homes, found the best one for us, completed the paperwork & closed.
