Park Place Porsche Dallas Service Center

Absolutely terrible service wanted to go take my Porsche in there to repair the bumper on a brand new car. They do not have loaner cars. They are booked out for over a month.

The serve team at Park Place Porsche has serviced my P-cars for many years and I consistently receive outstanding, quality service. I can always trust the team at Park Place to take the upmost care in doing things right and paying attention to the details which is most important to me as an enthusiast of the brand.

Very bad experience serving my Porsche here, lots of delays and the service advisor Mark Pierro constantly lied and had very poor communication throughout the whole process. Had to talk to the service manager to get any updates. Save yourself the headache and try Porsche Plano

If you value your time, then don't come here for service. Book appt for oil change and state inspection. I was in a hurry to go pick up my son from school late, and I told them this. 3hrs later, they said the service is done but be another 30-60 minutes for the car wash. I had to go, so no car wash. This is on a Wednesday. it shouldn't be that busy. Maybe they are overwhelmed. I used to only go here, but it seems the service gone downhill. No customer service, and they charge a lot more than other reputable places nearby. I will check out Autoscope nearby or Grapevine porsche.
