My family found out we were moving to DFW and had to be there in less than two months! I couldnt be more thankful that we were connected with Amy as she found us the perfect home and made every part of the process feel easy, joyful, and we were supported every step of the way. I will never forget the two days Amy spent taking us all around North Dallas with our two month old daughter as she made sure we would find the perfect home. She also navigated everything for us as we were still in Tennessee from inspections to closing. Amy is the most helpful, hospitable, and responsive teammate we could have ever asked for in this process. Any client would be lucky to have her!

Amy Cotter is absolutely wonderful to work with! Amy was always quick to respond when we had a question or wanted to see a house. Amy is very knowledgeable about Dallas and the surrounding areas and has many contacts. Moving is a stressful time, and she was always patient and willing to help in ANY way she could. Amy has a talent for staging and getting your home ready to sell. She is great at negotiating and advocating for her clients. Amy was there to support us and went above and beyond through the entire process.

House hunting in Texas while living in Tennessee seemed a little overwhelming. Amy was incredible at helping us out. She went above and beyond with maximizing our time spent house hunting in Texas as well as our virtual house hunt. She would take videos of not only the homes, but the neighborhoods and surrounding areas as well. Even though her main market was in Dallas, she made sure to reach out to all of her contacts that knew details on Fort Worth to be able to answer any questions we had. Amy helped us find a perfect home. We will forever be thankful for her!

It has been an absolute pleasure to know and work with Amy Cotter. She is an absolute gem. My son moved to Texas to go to school at SMU almost 3 years ago and we knew we wanted off-campus housing. Amy sent us several properties to look at via virtual tour or nice detailed photos of each property since we lived in CA and couldn't tour them ourselves. If I had any questions, she answered all of them. She is a mother herself with college kids that were also moving away from home at the same time, so I knew she was the right fit for us - SHE TRULY CARES YA'LL! We can't thank her enough for all she did for us aka my son!

My house hunting experience in East Dallas brought me to meet Amy Cotter of Compass. I was looking in an extremely small area to relocate to. Amy gave me every listing within this neighborhood and the surrounding areas, showed nothing but sincere interest, kindness and was always open to phone calls day or night. It was apparent from our first meeting that I had found my real estate agent and that together, we would find the right property. It took patience on Amys part as my wishes were very specific and I wasnt interested in the then popular open concept house. Never once, did either of us doubt my house would show up at the exact right moment and sure enough, it did. I cant thank Amy enough for her patience, positivity and professionalism in bringing us to a closing on my house. Her work ethic is impeccable & I cant thank her enough for making this happen!!
