Id recommend Scott to anyone of any age or generation. He assisted my 28 year old son, with me by his side, in finding and purchasing his first home. Even though we were all searching for the right house, Scott found it before we ever saw it. He seemed very much on top of the market and what was and had been available and at what prices. When it came to the purchase Scott guided us through the negotiations process explaining the strategies and potential outcomes involved. He kept us informed of everything that happened between him and the sellers agent. Scotts ability to effectively communicate and explain things to both my young son and his older dad in terms we both could understand is why I enthusiastically recommend him to any buyer/seller out there.
