Brodie represented me as a buyers agent and Im so grateful to of had him on my team. I recently moved to the Dallas area and Brodie was able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Hes knowledgeable about trends, comps, and lending options but what really sets Brodie apart from other realtors is his negotiating abilities. Hes a self-starter, has a strong moral compass and is always thinking ahead. I intended to purchase a rental property in the Dallas area next year and Ill be reaching out to Brodie to represent me once again.

Brodie did an absolutely wonderful job for us. We had made ten offers with another realtor over a four month period and could not get any traction in purchasing a house. We had almost given up. The very first house Brodie helped us bid on was successful! He was in constant communication with the seller's agent to find out what we needed to do to be the winning bid. He was aggressive in just the right way. I know we would not have gotten our house without Brodie and highly recommend him.

Brodie, This man will hook you up with excellent deal on any house you wanted. Before him I changed 5-6 realtors but atlast I found him finally, he understand all my needs and my requirements and my budget.. he went above and beyond and got me a nice house. Which matched all my requirements. He is punctual and always ontime for showing the houses. He won't hesitate or don't hesitate to open up your requirements in home buying he will help you out. Brodie did a really great job at helping me purchase my property. He was quick to respond to questions, get whatever details that was needed and kept me informed throughout the process. He is pretty knowledgeable too on structuring the offers.
