When my husband and I decided to move to Dallas from out-of-state in summer of 2021, one of our biggest priorities was finding the right realtor, given the (intense) market conditions. We were so, so, so lucky to get connected to Katherine. Not only does Katherine have a deep knowledge of Dallas neighborhoods and their pros, cons, cultural feel, and commute pattern; shes circumspect with great taste and an eye for potential. She also is not afraid to gently redirect her clients if shes worried that might be headed down a path thats not right for them. When it came time to make an offer on our (gorgeous, just-right-for-us) home, Katherine gave great advice and ensured that we stayed under our budget while putting together the offer that got us what we wanted. Im also certain her excellent connections and long-standing reputation within the Dallas real estate community set us apart from other would-be buyers. Really cant imagine buying a home with anyone else. You shouldnt either.

Working with Katherine was the best decision of our home buying experience! We were first-time home buyers, hunting during a crazy market, and moving from out of state. Katherine went above and beyond in providing us invaluable insight into the area and buying process, offering virtual support so we could quickly see homes when we could not get to town quickly, and patiently addressing our panicked questions. We love our new home and are so grateful for her help!
