Meagan is the best Realtor in Dallas!! She helped me and my family in my relocation from Mexico to Dallas, first in 2022 to find an apartment near my work, but always taking into account all our requirements such as budget, proximity to shops & amenities; She provided us with a list of excellent options to choose from. But, in 2023 we saw its real potential, since we began the house selection process and were able to tour practically all the counties in North Dallas, first reviewing used homes and then new constructions. She was able to narrow down our choices and really make good use of our time. However, I think what I am most grateful for Meagan is that she takes care of all the details, both with the sales agents, builders and lenders and she is on top of every step in the process from start to finish. We cannot recommend Meagan more highly. Relocating our family from abroad has been so much easier with Meagan holding our hand every step of the way. She was always so generous with her time. She was willing to answer all of our questions, from the most obvious ones as new arrivals to the US, as well as the complex questions with regards to leasing contracts and zoning. Meagan had great, insightful local knowledge and really took the time to get to know us. We trusted her judgment so wholeheartedly that we signed a lease before we arrived, which allowed us to settle into our new home and community much sooner than expected. Meagan's prompt responses were seriously impressive. Every time we found a house that we liked online, she would respond and make contact with the leasing agent usually within minutes (even at 11pm!). Meagan is honest. She carefully steered us away from houses she knew we wouldn't love. She was also very flexible and experienced, advising us through the system without a credit history and giving our applications the best chances of success. Thank you, Meagan! We couldn't have done it without you.

Working with Meagan was awesome. She genuinely invested in assisting me and family during our move. She was patient, knowledgeable and always available to assist. Being on vacation never stopped her from checking in with us and answering all our questions. We will definitely work with her again any day and time. A big THANK YOU!!
